Returns

 We are happy to offer you a refund for change of mind on all sales within 7 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a refund all items are to be returned in the same condition you received it, in their original packaging with all accessories. We highly recommend that you send the parcel back to us via registered post, so we can both track its arrival. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.

Items returned that have been damaged will either be partially refunded or returned to you at your cost, on a case-by-case basis as determined by Southern Highlands Doors.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the package.

 

 Shipping + Handling

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 Business Days of receiving the order via Australia Post.

  • Standard Postage $8.00 (3-6 Business Days)

  • Express Postage $11.00 (1-3 Business Days)

Please note that during peak times + Public Holidays there may be shipping delays that are out of our control and delivery times may be longer.

If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable, depending on how far the order has progressed.
